The Root Therapy is looking for full-time contracted position offering flexibility, including making your own schedule and competitive pay.
UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES.
The Root Therapy is looking to irradicate the stigmas surrounding people of color going to therapy. Statistics show that black and brown people are 20 percent more likely to have psychological distress than whites, as well as suicide, being the 3rd most leading cause of death among African American males from ages 15-24. The Root Therapy is not only looking to change the status quo but to offer mental health counseling to get to the “root cause” of everything going on. As long as a person is in survival mode, there is no possible way to thrive. The Root Therapy aims to change the person's mode from surviving to thriving.
